Hi, Sir.
Hill purchased shares of Chandler on 1.10.x5 and the net assets was $170m ( $30m was land. )
However, on 31.12.x5, a survey was received that the fair value of this land was $20m as at the acquisition date.
From the 1st of Oct to the end of Dec only has 3 mths, but why in the answers it said it was received 4 mths after the acquisition date ?
