    Dear Sir,

    If Taxable Income+Taxable Gains is more than basic rate limit. How we can calculate CGT?.

    Please answer ASAP.

    Unless your basic rate band is extended by personal pension contributions or gift aid donations, taxable gains will be taxed at 28% over and above the basic rate limit.

    If the gains qualify for entrepreneurs’ relief, they will be taxed at 10%.
