Hi Sir
Just doing past paper questions and they applied 28% rate on a holiday villa which was never their main home. Is 28% applied on all properties even if they didn’t live in it? Getting confused I did go through your content but might be forgetting things
The residential property tax rates of 18% / 28% are stated in Section 1.7 of Chapter 12 and discussed in the lecture and are applicable to ALL residential properties as is shown in example 5
