What is the time limit for claim of the entrepreneurs relief? For 2014/2015 tax year is it 31st Jan 2017? In the example 1 on page 89 to the notes, you mentioned due date 31st Jan 2016? Is this correct? Isn’t it supposed to be 31st Jan 2017 due date for claim?
Please correct me

Sounds like an updating error you’ve found there as for 2014/15 the claim should indeed be made by 31 January 2017!
