Hi sir, in CGT 2nd video, example 1, why did we put the vase in the residential property coloumn? and isn’t an antique an exempt asset?
If I have the correct example to which you refer – there is NO residential property, it is a commercial property and antiques are NOT exempt UNLESS they qualify as exempt chattels ie both bought and sold for less than £6,000
