Could pls anybody explain me how to calculate the interest paid and dividends paid figures. I cant understand the logic)

take balance brought forward, add on this year’s I?S charge, deduct the balance carried forward and that will ( normally ) be the interest paid.
as for dividends, Steve Scott wil normally say “A dividend of 20,000 was paid during the year”
