I feel like my monitor was too small and more importantly the spreadsheet seemed outdated (cut and paste function deleted my formulas), hence I’m assuming windows was outdated.
Emailed the center for details on their computers and they have yet to respond.
In your opinion is this adequate to make a Centre complaint @JohnMoffat?

If you felt that you were hampered “technologically” there is no reason why you should not report it (through feature in myACCA)

I know that the deadline for Centre complaints has passed, however I’m hoping I can make the complaint via mitigating circumstances.
I’m just wondering if I need concrete evidence of their systems before I report….
All I know is the CBE Platform at the Centre was a little different from what I was used to while practising.

I think you should submit it anyway and I will draw ACCA’s attention to the fact that the deadline seems early as exams have not yet finished.

@siwela – I have been advised that although 15 December deadline has passed you can still report as “mitigating circumstance” for which the deadlines is 22 December – see here: https://www.accaglobal.com/russia/en/help/exam-sessions.html

    Thank you very much.
I have reported it under mitigating circumstances and have also received feedback that it will be considered during marking.
