Hi,
Do only I have a trouble that I cant first do Exhibit 2 or 3?
I receive all the time screen saying: “”You have not seen the entire screen Please use all scrollbars and/or open any on screen exhibits before trying again.”
The technical issues make even more stress about exam:(
Thank you!
February 24, 2021 at 1:05 pm #611535I do not have access to the online platform. You should be able to deal with the exhibits in any order but you should open them all first.
February 24, 2021 at 2:07 pm #611555Very strange, I would like to start doing Question 2, but it does not allow me to moove to Question 2.
February 25, 2021 at 7:43 am #611606Now you are confusing me because your first post referred to the exhibits but now you are referring to the questions 🙂
To move between questions you use the arrows on the bottom right of the screen, and you can attempt the questions in any order.
May 17, 2022 at 11:04 am #655875I have the same problem that i can’t move to the next question.
I did open all the exhibits and complete all my answer. Then i clicked “next” button to move to the next question but I couldn’t do that. There is a pop up message saying “You have not seen the entire screen Please use all scrollbars and/or open any on screen exhibits before trying again”.
Can’t move to new question nor go back to review the previous one.May 17, 2022 at 4:46 pm #655903Use the scroll bars to make sure that the whole screen has been seen. Then you should be able to move on.
July 18, 2022 at 1:10 pm #661142Hello, did anyone resolve this problem? I have scrolled and opened all exhibits and still cannot move on to next question.
July 18, 2022 at 1:25 pm #661151The alert:
“Unseen Content
! You have not yet viewed the entire screen. Please use ALL scroll bars and/or open any on-screen exhibits before trying again.”Is a standard alert when the entire content available to be read has not been displayed.
Most usually, this requires the right hand scroll bar to be scrolled down – and then “Next” (just below that scroll bar) will work.To the left of the “Next” button you should see “Navigator” – you should be able to navigate between questions without having to open up any or all exhibits.
December 2, 2022 at 12:49 pm #673117The best way to do it just *zoom out* (Control -)and then enter.
your problem will be resolve.May 27, 2024 at 12:26 pm #706114Thank you buddy! it worked.
