    Hi everyone,

I noticed there is some error with CBE practice platform when it comes to questions with scroll bars. It keeps showing ‘You have not viewed the entire screen, please use scroll bar or open any exhibits’. I have scrolled all the way to the end of the question and open all exhibits but still I can’t move to the next question because it keeps showing the warning. This is the first time I am facing error like this on CBE practice platform.

Anyone facing the same issue? If you have idea of solving it, please guide. Thanks. 🙂

    The alert:
    “Unseen Content
! You have not yet viewed the entire screen. Please use ALL scroll bars and/or open any on-screen exhibits before trying again.”

Is a standard alert when the entire content available to be read has not been displayed.
Most usually, this requires the right hand scroll bar to be scrolled down – and then “Next” (just below that scroll bar) will work.

To the left of the “Next” button you should see “Navigator” – you should be able to navigate between questions without having to open up any or all exhibits.

Also bear in mind that there could be a horizontal scroll bar.

If this doesn’t help please confirm that you are using chrome browser and tell me what exam it is that you are looking at.

Hi Kim, thanks for your reply.

I am using Chrome browser. I tried your solution on AA it worked fine, but for calculation papers like PM, FM, FR, I have tried to scroll all the bars to the end but still it keeps showing the alert and won’t let me go for the next question.

I am attempting for AA and FM next month, and have taken FR on June 2022.

Please cite a specific FM exam in the practice platform that you cannot progress with and I will take a look when I am in my office in a couple of hours time.

    FM: Specimen, Sep/Dec 2020, Mar/June 2021, Sep/Dec 2021, Mar/June 2022.

The exams listed above keeps showing alert when it comes to questions with 2 scroll bars.

FM practice exam 1 and questions with only 1 scroll bar are working fine.

    I am looking at M/J 2021 ….

Q1 Zeddemore Co has a long scenario on the left … when I scroll down to the bottom and click next it goes to (b), then next again it goes to (c) (without further scrolling), then next again take me to Q2 … clicking next again takes me through to the end of the exam – the only scroll I had to do was on the first screen for Q1.

I tried also for Specimen 1 – used navigator to jumpy to Q31 Vip Co – I didn’t have to scroll anything and clicked all the way through to the end.

So I’m sorry but I cannot replicate the issue.

I can only suggest that you check in your browser settings that “zoom” is at 100% (I know this can be a problem with the proper functioning of some online computer programs).

Failing that I think you will need to contact https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/footer-toolbar/contact-us.html

I tried to change my zoom setting from 110% to 100%, it works fine now!

Thanks again for your suggestion, really appreciate it. 🙂
