Dear Sir,
I have my CBE exam on this monday. In 2 days.
Can you advice me on some exam tips?Also is it necessary practice theory questions in past papers as the CBE exam is not going to be like the writing exam. I have only been doing the MCQ section of the Kaplan exam kit. Is that enough?
Could you advice me on what I should on these two days to ace the exam.

Just keep practicing mcqs. Then, when you’re bored of those, read some of the essay answers. Although you won’t be faced with anything like those questions in the exam, they contain perfectly valid legal principles and it may just be that you will remember those principles when they are part of a scenario / story
And, of course, post any problems that you may encounter on this site and I’ll try to get back to you in time
