Need help with this question.
electricity accounts for the year ended the 30 June 20X9
prepayment b/f 550
cash paid 5400
accruals c/f 650

You do not say what is required!
If you want the total expense for the year then it is 550 (paid last year but this years expense) + 5400 (paid this year) + 650 (still owing for this year) = 6600
