I was trying to pay my sisters CAT annual subscription last night and I faced some trouble. I marked the annual subscription invoice and clicked “Pay”. In the next page they showed me the amount I would be charged. I clicked “Pay” in this page and here is the problem. In the next page they should be asked for my credit/debit card details, But instead of that my web browser was saving a file name “CustAccountDetails.jspx ” . I was unable to pay my sisters CAT annual subscription.
I have tried almost all web browsers. I have tried to pay from different computer. I have Turn off popup blocker in my browser. But nothing worked.
Any suggestion on this problem?
