Infact, your answering techniques to earn marks quickly are VERY INTERESTING. Thank you sir.

In your lecture while calculating depr your revaluation figure 110 & 882 seem not clear to me. Bank o/d 60 was not treated in the solution, why? Please I need details guide.

In a TNCA T Account, on the debit side I have:

    681 brought forward
    110 revaluation
    200 additions
    991 total

On the credit side I have:

    832 carried forward
    109 disposal
    941 total

There is a missing figure on the credit side that must be depreciation

I can’t see where you have arrived at the figure 882 – it’s not clear to me!

I believe that you’ll find that the overdraft has been included within the very last figure on the statement of cash flows as part of cash and cash equivalents carried forward

    Ok now?

According to your workings in the video sir, 681-109(sold)=572+200(additional tnca)=772-110(reval.)=882-832(close bal)=50 depr.
From d above where from d question is 110 for revaluation? I know is either question states the revaluation of 110 or there’s info related to 882 in d question.

    For o/d cash bf is 81 and cash&equivalent cf is 17+32 =49. Where’s od of 60 treated?

In the first video on statements of cash flows, do I not make special emphasis to say, in red, on the screen, double underlined, BEWARE THE REVALUATION RESERVE!

Check the question again, now that I have reminded you!

As for the 60 overdraft, look at the make up of the closing cash and cash equivalents carried forward

Then, if you’re still not sure, post again
