how can we prepare income statement and balance sheet by using direct method cash flow statement and other information?
I assume you have watched our free lectures on cash flow statements and therefore understand how to prepare one when you are given the Statement of profit and loss, and the Statement of financial position.
If so, then you would be doing the same thing ‘backwards’ – there is nothing extra to understand. Although it is certainly not something that would be required in the exam!
