    ## First, we make an estimate/forecast of how much cash we will receive and will be payable during the periods. we call it cash flow forecast

    ## We make a cast budget adopted from the cash flow forecast as a format plan or target, then we compare it with the actual result. & we call it, cash budget.

    Is this correct?

It is correct (although as far as Paper MA is concerned they both really refer to the same thing).
