    Hi,
    Chapter 16 BUGETING, could you please tell me what should I do if in Example 3,
    Overheads second months February 15000 includes depreciation 3000.
    So is the final answer suppose to include the depreciation, or should I subtract it. 15000-3000 or 15000+3000?

    Depreciation is not a cash flow and so to arrive at the cash paid we would need to subtract the depreciation from the overhead amount.
