Hi Sir,

How is cost of disposal or replacement of non current asset treated in cash flow statement?

Cost of disposal will be netted off against the disposal proceeds and the net figure received will be shown in investing activities

Cost of replacement of an asset will be a negative (outflow) shown in investing activities
