    In exams is it necessary to mention the names of the cases…i mean for example in offer related question is it necessary to write “carlil v carbolic smoke ball” or we can just write like this “there was a case in which something happened and what was held” i hope you get what I’m trying to ask !!
    please reply soon i really want to know about it because it’s too hard to remember all those cases names !!
