In you coarse notes chapter 18 there are all listed cases- are there any notes with fulfilled principles and area of law? these are blank
November 19, 2011 at 2:50 pm #89946youy must fill them by yourself 😉 Good practice for you 😉
November 20, 2011 at 4:13 pm #89947I know but I don`t have much time, studying for F5 too, so it would be easier for me if they were filled just for me to study them by heart because it is the only place where all cases are systematized on one place.

sorry to interrupt..
Could you please give me the exam tips for December 2011 F4 (GLO) ?
the exam tips for English Law has been published. buh not for global.. 🙂November 27, 2011 at 8:00 pm #89949Hi – we don’t yet do Gliobal Variant tips – sorry.
As for the cases, google them! You’ll often find a fairly brief summary of the case ( facts and decision ) and that would be MUCH more productive than merely trying to learn them. If you have to do the work yourself, you’ll find that it sticks easier than having it all spoon-fed to you. Again, sorry
