Hey everyone, I hope the studying is going well.
Does anyone know when we answer a question and we make reference to a case how much detail we have to include? Does simply stating the title cover you or do we have to give a brief summary?
Thanks
My understanding…..
State the point of law and the case name if you can remember it. If you can’t remember the case name but remember the story then say “in a decided case…” Really, the most important thing is the point of law.
Not looking forward to this on Monday, I have to say.
