1. Am trying to sit for the june exams, do i need to know the cases.. .?
2. Been trying to get the kit from bpp but failed due to problems at the bank. Do you have a link where í can get F4kit soft copies.?Grace, two points
1) No, you don’t need to know the case names. the cases are in the notes and the lectures because they help students to remember the principle of law involved
2) Do not EVER ask for pirated material, neither on this site nor anywhere else. Breaching copyright is a civil offence and may be, in certain cases, a criminal offence
You really do not want that hanging round your neck during your efforts to qualify as an honest, trust-worthy, law-abiding certified accountant!
