Hi Vijay. I hope you are well. What cases should I look at whilst studying LW. I am just starting now . Are they mentioned in the videos or notes ?

    Hi Arahnsathananthan

So there are many cases that represent important laws that you need to be aware of. However, the good news is that you will not be tested on the names of the cases. So for example there will not be any questions which ask “What is the name of the case…”.

As you progress through your studies you will see and hear the recorded lectures referring to cases that are important so those are the key cases to focus on. More important than the case names is your ability to understand the law that arises from the case and how it appears in the exam.

    I hope that helps.

    Kind regards,

    Vijay

    Hi Vijay

Thankyou so much for your reply. I am sorry to say I didn’t really get to enjoy the lecturer as much as I did with F3. I hope you can update the lectures at one point please. I have gone to another provider for F4 but will be back to OT for F5.

    Thanks again Vijay

Hi Vijay. Thanks but I had to come back because the other provider was not as great and as well explained as the videos on here. I should have never left. The other provider is not offering a refund but I know to be careful next time.
