Hi, I have a question, I am studying for the F4 English exam, and different law cases are mentioned everywhere, but do still need to remember the specific cases if I am doing the CBE or the cases are for the written exams only? Thanks
You do not need to memorise the specific cases, but you do need to memorise the point of law established by the case. You will not be asked to name the case where x happened, but many of the questions will feature a fictional case which is very similar to a real one.
