Is it a must that I should know a the cases what happened and everything…? I am sitting for a CBE
Absolutely NOT
NO, NO, NO!
The case are in the lectures to bring a bit of life to the stories that established the principles of law
But no matter how many cases you know or read about or memorise, there will be NO CHANCE WHATSOEVER for you to demonstrate your appreciation of the names of the litigants in a case from 1610
Do not even begin to think about the possibility of earning marks with your profound knowledge of case names … there are no marks available
Is that totally clear? NO MARKS
OK?
