Good Afternoon sir
i was checking the open tuition course notes for f4 and i seem not to see the case summary notes is there a page in the notes where i can find these cases
thanks in advance.
There is no longer any need to remember case names nor histories so the cases pages have been removed
The lectures remain because it’s my belief that the principles established by those cases are easier to remember when illustrated by a story, but it’s no longer necessary (it never was necessary … just helpful) to remember case names
Why? Because there is now no longer any opportunity to quote those cases by way of authority for your points that would be made in a 10 mark written answer
