Hello,
Please can someone confirm if we will be tested on case names for F4 english CBE exams?
Almost certainly won’t be tested on this matter.What matters is to understand legal principles on which cases have been decided such as difference between invitation to treat and making an offer for instance.Knowing the case names doesn’t show any legal understanding of issues in and of itself and I think it would be difficult and pointless to try to construct questions around knowledge of case names themselves.
That was my initial thought, but always best to ask the question to be sure. Thank you!
