    Hi Mike and Opentuition Students

Regarding the case studies, do we need to remember the stories behind it or only the principles?

I am almost finished making the case sheets for F4 English law and for my own help I have included the facts of the case beside the case names and I wanted to know if it is even relevant for the exam purposes.

I am also making a document with important definitions and case studies by chapter and topic name, which I hope to put out in a week or two, so look out for that!

    Thanks for the huge clear-up!!!

It means I no longer need to waste time writing case facts beside the case names on the cases sheet!!!

I wonder why the course notes included the case sheets if there was a change in the format of the exam for F4.

Surely if it was 100% multiple choice/brief answer questions there would be no need to learn case names and facts?

Anyway, does this means that we should stop learning case names altogether?

I think that it helps you to remember legal principles if you can picture two parties having an argument in court.

But, if it doesn’t help you, there’s no other reason to try to remember those case details
