I have read on one of your articles on this website that since the F4 exam is fully 100% MTQ/MCQ that we do not need to memorize the case names, principles or areas of law that they fall into.
Does this mean we ignore the cases completely? I only ask so that I don’t waste time reading up on the cases or filling in the case sheets

Hi
No, you cannot ignore the cases completely because they establish the principles and the principles you should know for the mtqs.
What you no longer need to do is memorise the case names – its difficult to see how a question (mcq or mtq) could require you to know the case name
Ok?
Ok
Thanks a lot Mike!
You’re welcome
Its a shame though…
Your stories and ways of remembering case names were fun!
Oh well, makes my life easier and I can focus on the main content rather than dwindle on memorizing case names!
In complete agreement!
