hi , i would like to know , when mentioning cases in our answers, is it mandatory to give a brief description of the case which the book described specifically or we could give a banal example for explanation…thx..

I cannot imagine you ever having to give case details. All you need to do is state a principle of law and the quote the illustrative case name ( in brackets )

Imagine how much you can write in 13 minutes ( 18 minutes per question – 5 minutes planning time ). Now, how much time do you have to start giving details of cases when you have 9 other points to chase?
