Hi Mike, the examiner said that we could either cite a case or an example and that will gain full marks. My question is what if i present the facts of a case and what was held by the court but can not remember the case name. is that still OK Or I can not remember the case and cite an example( my constructed facts and characters)rather, do I have to include the judge’s decision with my particular example. Most importantly for both instances, I remember the area of law the case or example explains.
