Hi, I am trying to do this question but can’t get the write answer.
At june 2006 a company’s capital structure included the followig items:
500,000 ordinary shares (50c par) $250.000
Share premium account $80,000In the year ended 30 June 2007 the company made a rights issue of 1 share for every 5 held at $1.2 per share and this was taken up in full. LAtes in the year the company made a bonus issue of 1 share for every 5 held , using the share premium account for the purpose.
what was the company’s capital structure at 30 June 2007?

When you have watched the lecture, then if you still have problems with this question then say which part of it is giving you a problem. (The answer in your book presumably has the workings also)
