Hi,
Please guide me here a little.
Motor car (115g/km) (used 30% for private purposes by Jane)=13,600
15 October 2016 Sold the motor car used privately by Jane for £9,400
Answer Treatment:
13600-9400=4200 * 70% =2940 Allowance
why 18%rate isnt apply as this car comes under mainpool column?
This is the disposal of a non pool asset with private use by the proprietor of the business and such assets do NOT go to the pool but are kept separately. You should be aware that on such a sale it is a balancing adjustment that is computed NOT a WDA.
Have you worked through the OT notes and lectures??
Yeah i am going through simultaneously with notes.
and got your point.
thanks
