Can't view lectures

For 3 years using opentution I never have a problem until today. When I logged on, I was told to upload a profile picture to continue use the site. This is did. I then tried to view lectures and I got a message that I can’t view lectures with my current set up. I use chrome for my browser. What must I do now?

very strange! reload the page or clear cache..
lectures work as before
