I’ve been failing FM AND F8 for the last 5 attempts i don’t know how will I ever pass these papers. I’ve completed 7 Acca papers and i want to get a BSc degree but I keep failing how hard i try. I really don’t know how to deal with it. what options I’ve if leave acca right now? should i keep going? yes so then how?

I can’t advise re FM – re AA – if you’re getting less than 40% that would suggest you are really not answering the questions set in Section B. This could be for a number of reasons which all boil down to the same thing – that either you have insufficient knowledge (seems unlikely after so many attempts) or you are failing to apply knowledge. You need to reflect on your most recent attempt – what were you thinking as you wrote your answers? If you thought for example “I know this …. I can answer this ‘off the top of my head'” – and proceeded to write down lots of answer points that you “remembered”, chances are you did not answer the question set.

Did you at any point read my guidance on the * (“sticky”) posts at the top of this forum? In particular “How to score marks in AA – essential guidance”?

If you’ve passed 7 already then you really can pass these two – you just need to take a fresh look at how you approach them.

I really feel i your point of i know this and i can answer this but i dont apply it the way i should. and i have tried to counter this but somehow i still fail to write what i recently learned. im confused abt my apporach. this time around i worked extra hard in doing past papers but i still fail a bit short. But regarding the fresh approach what could it be? i really need a guide on this

I can’t say what is fresh because I don’t know what you did previously – did you attempt the past Qs as recommended on the post I referenced above – here is the link https://opentuition.com/topic/how-to-score-marks-in-aa-essential-guidance
If you didn’t, I strongly recommend you start with that. If you understand what does and doesn’t get marks that would be a good starting point for you to resume question practice.
