Can’t download notes

I tried downloading the pdf files for p4 and p7 and whilst the dodnload did happen, the file size of the pdf I saved was 0kb. Clearly this has to do with the donload link being damaged. I read the support thread and from that I decided to change my browser. I used IE, FF and Chrome and none worked. All have the same issue. I used a different PC and there was still no change. I had a friend try and get the notes for me, and even they have the smae problem. As such, can someone provide me with a link to the files that will actually work?
