I cannot send private message to my friends in opentuition. when i attempt to send an email, it gives a error msg saying,
‘ You are not friends with the person(s) you are attempting to send a message to. Your message has not been sent.’pls see this matter. i tried many times with different persons. it is same result, same error msg.
it is not an error,
you can only send a message to your friends on opentuition, to prevent spammers sending out messages to anyone
so make your friends first 🙂
i already added them to my friend list. it was working before. now , i cannot even reply. 2 or 3 emails i received i tried to reply, i could not reply. it is showing error msg.
my inbox just disappeared, my friend list disappeared. admin, thanks in advance for your help.
yeah, because of spammers, private messaging is now turned off, and ‘friends’ also, but it will be back
