HI,
For some reason I cannot access my examination docket to print. I could access it fine two weeks earlier but I cannot open it now. Every time I am clicking on the DOWNLOAD DOCKET, it says that the file cannot be opened.
Please help.
November 28, 2013 at 7:02 pm #148355There is a difference between file cannot be ‘opened’ or ‘found’
Maybe you can try a difference browser? Or right click and save it on your computer and try if it opens thenNovember 28, 2013 at 7:23 pm #148359Thank you for writing. I have already tried different browsers and even tried saving it . None of them work. No matter which browser I use, a black page opens when I click the download docket link. When I save it , the file cannot be opened .
Worst scenario, if I don’t get to print it before entering the exam hall. Would I still be allowed to sit in the exams?
Please advise.

Your Adobe PDF reader may be facing issues, that is required to open docket.Worst case scenario, you are unable to get a docket, how about calling ACCA helpline and making sure what may happen? they may just fix it for you. Don’t email because it’s a slow process and it may take a week

May 6, 2014 at 8:37 am #167596It happened to me at first. You’ll have to download the docket information first (just above the “Download Docket” button, and then download the docket. If that doesnt work then restart your browser and download the docket again.
May 7, 2014 at 8:26 am #167727Normally ACCA send hard copies of docket to the mailing address we have registered with ACCA. I always receive it by post 1/2 weeks before the exams date. I believe that students cannot opt only for an i copy as far as ESR and exam docket is concerned. Please correct me if I am wrong.
