Can We Give F9 without Passing F5?

Hello guys i wanted to know if i can give F9 before F5 because my result is about to come but i know i gave a horrid paper so i dont think i will pass f5. Moreover, i am studying f9 in the meantime so kindly help me!!

you can take level F4-F9 in ant order you are comfortable with.

Yes, within same module, you can attempt papers in any pattern.
