    please note that:

    1. I am a Chartered Accountant (acca equivalent) student at final level from India

    2. I have completed my 3 years practical experience under a CA (qualified accountant) in India and in the middle of claiming my PER on the basis of my experience(which is admissible as per acca guidelines)

    3. I have not passed F1-F9, but I got all these exempted on the basis of my progress in my CA course

    4. I belong to a financially weak background that is why I am looking for jobs abroad

    5. I have good communications skills and fluent in english written and spoken

if the answer is yes or i can try please also tell me a way/place where I could try

Your best shot is probably at the middle east market. (industry + audit firms)
Indians are given preference however I would recommend completing your CA qualification first in order to enhance your chances of employment in the middle east.

It would worth a shot however applying right now, especially if you hold a bachelors degree (eg. B.com?) together with being a CA finalist.
