can overseas company surrender/transfer trading loss/capital loss?

Dear Sir
I know that associated companies include overseas companies. 75% groups (chargeable gains) include overseas companies. do 75% groups (trading lose) include overseas companies?
can the capital/trading loss transfer to overseas companies?

Not required knowledge at F6 where you simply need to know about associated companies – for your own information however you may assume that overseas companies are not eligible to be in the group for purposes of either group relief or gains group membership.
