Hi i registered for two papers, but due to some sudden family emergency I am unable to sit for these exams. Is there any where I can transfer the fees for the same exams to the next session?

You need to get in touch with ACCA. I was able to do that a few years ago due to a family bereavement. They will need some kind of proof of those circumstances though.
