hi, i m repeater of p3, i prepared last time from college notes, i hav bbp text but i think its impossible to go through such heavy text which is also technical, now plz guide me what should i do? whether i shud totally rely on lectures available here? or do it from bpp?

I would strongly recommend you to do it from BPP.. It covers enough to pass the paper..
Open tuition notes will be value addition, as they are short and to the point you can clear your concepts from OT notes.As you are finalist you must read the text book , do not take risk at this step 🙂
