Can I further take the exam for p5 after I had finish the p4 and p7 paper??

Can I further take the exam for p5 after I had finish the p4 and p7 paper??
Because I heard some rumour said that taking p4 and p5 ACCA will offer MBA and it only have to done a report to get the certificate of MBA is it true??

and regarding to the MBA one is it true only have to do one report then can get the certificate just like the obu??
