    Since we are now preparing appendices to show calculation and formulas used to reach our calculated figures inside tables in topic 8….are we still required to show the calculations inside tables of rap?

    NO. You don’t have to include the calculations and formulas in the analysis part of your RAP. Make sure you cross reference it to the appendix. In-case your marker wants to check how you got the final figure, he can always refer to the detailed calculations in the appendix.

    You can write a small sentence above each table like this
    “See Appendix (4) for the detailed calculations of the below ratios….”

    To get an idea on cross-referencing have a look on the very information pack the OBU have provided. See how they have cross-referenced the tables in it.
