I want to know how the spot mid rates are calculated in June 2013 Q3 for the multilateral netting and instances when these spot mid rates need to be calculated.Thanks!
The mid-rate is the average of the higher and lower – just add up the two rates and divide by 2.
The only time you are likely to need them is when the question asks for them. In this question it does say that spot mid-rates are used for netting.
