How to calculate minimax regret

Hello,

I was trying to solve problems which had some calculations about minimax regret method.
I could’nt understand it. It would be great if someone could explain it to me?
Also is it important?

Being able to do the calcs in p5 is not important. Do not spend more than 10% of your total revision time doing calcs, it is a waste of time
