The machine cost 280,000$ and have the capacity to produce 80000 t shirts per annum. It wud have fixed running costs of around $50,000 per annum ( excluding depreciation) and cost around $ 2 per set for wach t shirt and selling price 26 $ per t shirt. Mr Mark hopes to add $ 65,000 per annum to net profit
calculate budgeted units Mark would hav to sell per yr in order to achieve targeted profits??
