On this case, What remedy was awarded…
How did they assess the inability to use their improvement in premise?
Is it like depreciation , 11 week’s depreciation of improvement, awarded to the injured party?
Except that, what else did they get?
I looked at the case , the tenant used this premise for his car repair business ..So can he claim for profit for 11 weeks period?
