Hi friends. I need help. Can someone explain to me what Business Process Re-engineering is all about? I have read the study text but I am unable to get the meaning. I will really appreciate your help

Process to improve performance by doing the following:

– Forget how things were done previously
– Fundamental rethinking and radical redesign of the processes

Aim is to achieve drmativ improvement
