steps in business process change cycle are:
1.planing
2.analyse the existing systems
3. design the new process
4. development
5.Transition
steps 3 and 4 looks same for me. some explanation would be helpful.
In IT for example, you have to design the system (inputs, processing, reports etc) then you have to write the code (development).
